Our new inverter/charger

The MultiPlus-II combines the functions of the MultiPlus and the MultiGrid.

It has all the functions of the MultiPlus plus an option of an external current transformer to implement the PowerControl and PowerAssist functions and to optimize self-consumption with external current sensing (max. 32 A).

It also offers all the features of the MultiGrid with the built-in anti-islanding function and a growing list of countries where it is approved.

Note: For a short period of time this product was called MultiGrid-II.

PowerAssist

The MultiPlus prevents a limited AC power source, such as a generator or shore power connection, from becoming overloaded. First, it automatically reduces battery charging to protect against overload. Next, the output from a generator or shore power is boosted with energy from the battery.

ESS: Energy Storage Systems

The MultiPlus-II is a key component in a Victron ESS. It is very flexible and can be combined with an MPPT solar charger or a grid-feeding inverter for PV systems. Examples and further information can be found in the ESS (Energy Storage System) manual.

Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS function)

In the event of a grid fault or if the shore power or on-board generator is interrupted, the inverter of the multi is automatically switched on and takes over the supply of the connected loads. The switchover occurs so quickly (in less than 20 milliseconds) that uninterrupted operation of computers and other electronic equipment is guaranteed.

Remote monitoring and control

When used in conjunction with a GX device (e.g., Cerbo GX), the free VRM app and Free VRM Portal website allow you to monitor and control your Multi and system(s) locally (LAN) or remotely over the Internet from anywhere in the world. Access can be from a phone, tablet, laptop or PC running a wide variety of operating systems. There is no end to the control options, from setting up your Multi to automatically starting a backup generator and more..."

Warnung vor diesem Shop

Ich wollte meinen Vorrednern nicht glauben und habe doch bei Verkauf-Bochum bestellt. Der Fall:
Ich wollte dann noch vor Lieferung der Ware einen Tag nach Bestellung stornieren, da ich leider das falsche Produkt bestellt hatte.
Aussage: Sei nicht möglich da Geschäftsaccount. Ich habe aber privat bestellt. B2B war nirgends ersichtlich, auf der Rechnung war auch keine Firma mit Rechtsform angegeben auf die ich bestellt habe. Es war privat.
Man verwies nun darauf, dass man als geschäftliche Bestellung kein Rückgabe- oder Rücktrittsrecht hat.
Der Versuch einer Einigung wurde abgelehnt. Die Ware war ja noch nichtmal verschickt, Bestellung stand auf "noch nicht ausgeführt".
10 Tage später kam die Ware bei mir an. Weitere Versuche zu stornieren und Rückzusendenoder eine andere Lösung zu finden (ich erklärte auch die Rücksendekosten und eine Aufwandspauschale zu übernehmen) wurden ignoriert und manche pauschal abgelehnt mit "nicht möglich da Geschäftskunde".
Mein Gesuch dann mit dem Geschäftsführer zu sprechen wurde per Telefon immer beantwortet mit "hat keine Zeit , ruft zurück". Seit 4 Wochen kein Rückruf oder Reaktion von Herrn Graf.
Auf Mails wird nicht mehr gewortet. Mein Kundenkonto wurde dann auch gesperrt.
Ich sitze noch auf der Ware (1200 EUR! Wechselrichter). Kein Dialog mehr möglich.
Ich stelle mir nun die Frage: Selbst wenn man als Geschäftskunde bestellen würde, hätte man kaum Rechte und bei Problemen gibt auch keinen wirklichen geschäftlichen 1:1 Kontakt zur Gegenseite. Nur Call-Center o.ä. und Emails mit Personen die pauschale Aussagen treffen. Es ist kein Wille da eine Lösung zu finden.

Sehr gut

Installiert ist der MultiPlus2 noch nicht, aber der Versand war herausragend. Ohne Probleme habe ich die Ware in kürzester Zeit erhalten.
Das wird nicht mein letzter Einkauf hier gewesen sein.
