Quattro
Multifunctional
Similar to the MultiPlus, the Quattro is a combined inverter and charger. Additionally, it can accept two AC inputs and automatically connect to the active source. Its many features include a true sine wave inverter, adaptive charging, hybrid PowerAssist technology, and several system integration features such as three-phase, split-phase, and parallel operation.
Two AC inputs and two AC outputs
The Quattro can be connected to two independent AC sources: for example, shore power and a generator, or two generators. The Quattro automatically connects to the active source. The main output ensures uninterrupted operation. If a power failure occurs or the connection to shore power or generator power is interrupted, the Quattro takes over the supply of the connected loads. Switching occurs so quickly (in less than 20 milliseconds) that uninterrupted operation of computers and other electronic equipment is guaranteed. The second output supplies power only when AC power is available at one of the Quattro's inputs. Consumers that may not discharge the battery, such as an air conditioner or water heater, can be connected to this output.
Unique PowerAssist function
The Quattro prevents overloading of a limited AC source, such as a generator or shore power connection. First, the battery charge is automatically reduced when an overload would otherwise occur. The second stage increases the output of a generator or shore-side supply of power from the battery.
Virtually unlimited power thanks to parallel operation
Up to 6 Quattros can be operated in parallel for increased power. Three-phase or split-phase operation is also possible. Please check our datasheets to see which models have parallel, three-phase and split-phase capabilities.
Remote monitoring and control
When used in conjunction with a GX unit (e.g. Cerbo GX), the free VRM app and Free VRM Portal website allow you to monitor and control your multi and system(s) locally (LAN) or remotely via the Internet from anywhere in the world. Access can be from a phone, tablet, laptop or PC running a wide variety of operating systems. There is no end to the control options, from setting up your Quattro to automatically starting a backup generator and more..."
