SmartSolar MPPT 150/70 up to 250/100 VE.Can
solar charge controllers
The MPPT VE.Can SmartSolar charger uses the latest and fastest technology to convert energy from a solar system into energy that optimally charges a battery bank.
The SmartSolar charge controller even recharges a heavily discharged battery. It can operate with a battery voltage as low as 0 volts, provided the cells are not permanently sulphated or otherwise damaged.
MPPT: Ultra-fast tracking of the maximum power point
The MPPT VE.Can SmartSolar charger connects to a 150 or 250 volt Voc PV array and automatically detects and charges your 12, 24 or 48V battery bank with current in the range of 70 to 100A, depending on the model.
The charge settings are fully programmable and can even be set for different battery chemistries such as lead-acid, lithium and others.

Remote control of your charger
The MPPT VE.Can SmartSolar charger can be remotely controlled and configured via Bluetooth using the VictronConnect app. This enables device setup, management and at-a-glance information such as battery voltage and current, PV voltage and current and history data.

Interlinked additional units
The VE.Can SmartSolar charger is equipped with CAN bus connections. This enables communication with other VE.Can SmartSolar chargers. The additional units are simply "daisy-chained" with a single RJ45 cable between the individual devices.
When linked together, all individual VE.Can SmartSolar chargers synchronize their charging levels. They can also send their data to a GX monitoring device via a single cable.

Remote monitoring and control
When the GX device is connected to the internet, the Victron Remote Management Portal(VRM) provides access to the full performance of your solar chargers
For remote installations - even if there is no internet connection nearby - you may be able to monitor your MPPT by connecting the GlobalLink 520.
SmartSolar control display
Like our other MPPT solar chargers, the VE.Can SmartSolar charger is equipped with a VE.Direct connection. This connection can be used to monitor individual devices or to control street lights. The remote on/off connector can be controlled externally by a third-party device such as a lithium battery. An optional plug-in LCD display/control allows live data, set-up and management directly from the device interface.
