• The system must be installed on site by a certified specialist company.
• Improper installation can lead to life-threatening voltages, fires or system failures. Please have the installation carried out by certified specialists only!
• The Ziehl relay is a safety-critical component of the central NA protection system. Suitable contactors and terminals must be selected and procured by the customer in accordance with the AC load capacity.
• Not included in the scope of delivery:
  • DC busbars with a permanent load capacity of at least 4000A
  • all AC components
• The system generates waste heat, the exhibition room must have adequate ventilation or cooling, otherwise there is a risk of shutdown and damage due to overheating.
• The batteries weigh approx. 5 tons! The load-bearing capacity of the floor must be checked before installation.
• The Victron and Pytes battery storage system may only be commissioned by a qualified installation company (AC & DC).
• During commissioning, the 48VDC busbars must be pre-charged. Improper commissioning can lead to serious damage or dangerous situations.
• The system must be load-free on the AC side during the entire commissioning process.
• Observe the switch-on procedure:
  • The Quattros must not be connected to the DC mains at the same time.
  • They must be connected one after the other at intervals of at least 30 seconds via the respective fuses.
  • Failure to observe this sequence can lead to high inrush currents, damage to the system or failures.
  • IMPORTANT: Failure to comply with the switch-on procedure and all installation instructions specified here will invalidate both the manufacturer's warranty and the statutory warranty.
• The concept must be checked and approved before ordering. Without prior inspection and approval, only the hardware will be supplied - no technical support!
