Beschreibung
MultiPlus-II 12/4k/160-32 230V
The MultiPlus-II is a multifunctional inverter/charger with two AC outputs. Suitable for professional marine, yacht, vehicle and land-based off-grid systems, it also provides the isolation and redundancy required for ESS configurations. With PowerControl, the MultiPlus-II prevents overloading of the grid or generator, while PowerAssist increases AC power during peak loads. In the event of a power failure, the inverter switches over within milliseconds so that computers and sensitive electronic devices remain in operation without interruption. The battery charger combines speed with efficiency through an intelligent adaptive algorithm that extends battery life. The MultiPlus-II is expandable and supports parallel and three-phase configurations when a system needs to be scaled.
PowerAssist
The MultiPlus-II prevents a limited AC source, such as a generator or shore power connection, from being overloaded. First, the battery charge is automatically reduced to protect against overload. Next, the output of a generator or shore power supply is boosted with energy from the battery.
ESS: Energy storage systems
The MultiPlus-II is a key component in a Victron ESS. It is very flexible and can be combined with an MPPT solar charger or a grid feed-in inverter for PV systems. Examples and further information can be found in the ESS (Energy Storage System) manual.

Uninterruptible alternating current (UPS function)
In the event of a grid fault or if the shore power or on-board generator is interrupted, the Multis inverter is automatically switched on and takes over the supply to the connected loads. The switchover happens so quickly (in less than 20 milliseconds) that uninterrupted operation of computers and other electronic devices is guaranteed.

Remote monitoring and control
In conjunction with a GX device (e.g. Cerbo GX), you can use the free VRM app and Free VRM Portal website to monitor and control your Multi and the system or systems locally (LAN) or remotely via the Internet from anywhere in the world. Access can be via a phone, tablet, laptop or PC with a wide range of operating systems. There is no end to the control options, from setting up your Multi to automatically starting a backup generator and more..."
