Similar to the MultiPlus, the Quattro is also a combined inverter and charger. In addition, it can accept two AC inputs and automatically connect to the active source. Its many functions include a true sine wave inverter, adaptive charging, hybrid PowerAssist technology and several system integration functions such as three-phase or split-phase operation and parallel operation.

Two AC inputs and two AC outputs

The Quattro can be connected to two independent AC sources, for example shore power and a generator or two generators. The Quattro automatically connects to the active source. The main output has a no-break functionality. In the event of a mains failure or an interruption in shore or generator power, the Quattro takes over the supply to the connected loads. This happens so quickly (less than 20 milliseconds) that computers and other electronic devices continue to work without interruption. The second output is only active if AC power is available at one of the Quattro's inputs. This output can be used to connect loads that should not drain the battery, such as an air conditioning system or a water heater.

Unique PowerAssist function

The Quattro prevents the overloading of a limited AC source, such as a generator or shore power connection. Firstly, the battery charge is automatically reduced if an overload would otherwise occur. The second stage increases the output of a generator or shore-side supply with power from the battery.

Virtually unlimited power thanks to parallel operation

Up to 6 Quattros can be operated in parallel to achieve a higher output. Three-phase or split-phase operation is also possible. Please check our data sheets to see which models have parallel, three-phase and split-phase capabilities.

Remote monitoring and control

In conjunction with a GX device (e.g. Cerbo GX), you can use the free VRM app and Free VRM Portal website to monitor and control your Multi and the system or systems locally (LAN) or remotely via the internet from anywhere in the world. Access can be via a phone, tablet, laptop or PC with a wide range of operating systems. There is no end to the control options, from setting up your Quattro to automatically starting a backup generator and more..."
