BYD BCU + Base - HVB/HVS+/HVM+ Battery Control Module

The BCU+Base offers a compact and robust solution for integrating a battery management system into BYD Battery-Box storage environments. It optimizes the monitoring and control of the HVB, HVS+ and HVM+ battery systems and thus simplifies operation and service in photovoltaic and wind energy systems. Thanks to the pre-assembled base plate, the unit can be installed in a clear and space-saving manner, reducing maintenance access and cabling work.

The set consists of the Battery Control Unit (BCU) and the associated base; both components have a robust design with protection class IP55 and are suitable for use in renewable energy generation systems. The BCU provides RJ45 and CAN interfaces; a WLAN/LAN module can be retrofitted as an option. BAT connections are designed as MC4 connections, which ensures compatibility with common PV cabling. Important note on compatibility: suitable for BYD Battery-Box HVB, HVS+ and HVM+, cannot be combined with older HVS/HVM models.
